Our CNC profile production line, according to the method of gradual profile shaping, passing through a series of rollers, and then through a series of cutting and punching presses, produces two profiles with the following dimensions: LS90 and LS140 With dimensions shown in the drawings below.
For easier and systematic interconnection of the profiles, as well as for punching holes for plumbing and electrical installations, the following profile shapes are possible, shown in the drawings below.
The connection of the profiles can be performed in two ways that are previously defined, namely with a steel pop rivet with a diameter of 4.8 mm and a length of 16 mm or with a special screw for light steel structures with a diameter of 4.8 mm and a length of 15 mm.
Possible operations used to form the lightweight steel grid.
• Countersunk Rivet-Screw Hole
• Ear Notching
• Service (Installation) Hole
• Notching
• Narrowing

In the production process we use high quality raw material DX51-D or S 350 GD with a galvanized layer of 140 g/m2 or more. Above are shown the possible operations that can be applied to the profiles to enable easy production of the previously defined dimensions and shape of the grid for the production of the entire structure. Our CNC line with a tolerance for a possible error of 1 mm allows easy and precise production of the grid from the profiles for light steel construction.
