Forming forte produces the profiles for light steel construction with the method of plastic deformation of the galvanized sheet passing through a series of rollers, which forms a profile with the required dimensions and strength. The material we use for production has a thickness of 1 mm to 1.2 mm, and the profiles have dimensions:

The LSC 90 has the following dimensions: tooth 8mm, side 45.5mm, base 90mm, side 45.5 and tooth 8mm.

The LSC 140 has the following dimensions: tooth 8mm, side 45.5mm, base 140mm, side 45.5 and tooth 8mm.

The production process takes place with the help of a high-tech CNC line, which, in addition to the basic shaping of the profile, performs 5 different operations that allow the profile to fit into one unit, in a supporting grid construction.

Immediately after the formation of the profile in our factory under strictly controlled conditions, according to a pre-designed project, the grid is made.

The material we use is pre-galvanized, which provides anti-corrosion protection to the steel, thus resistance to external influences. Maintenance costs are also reduced to a minimum.
